After having completed my graduation in Science from Delhi University and 4-years Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, I started working with Braahmam Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd in 2001 as a "Technical Writer". Since then, it has been a long journey in the IT industry where I have got an opportunity to work with several clients, such as HP, Canon, NIIT, Infopro, Kronos, Princeton Softech, J&J, IBM Research Labs (IRL), and so on.Today, I work as a full-time Sr Learning Specialist in IBM India Pvt Ltd, and I possess over nine years of experience in the field of Technical Writing and Instructional Design. I have experience in writing for several technologies and domains.
As I have both the skills in TW as well as ID so I felt fortunate enough to have worked in both elearning as well as documentation department.
